COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

To keep our patients and staff safe, we have established the following protocols:
1. We are practicing social distancing in the office:
a. We ask that no one congregates in the reception area.
b. When patients arrive, we ask that you call or text our office from you vehicle. We will let you know when to come in.
c. Only the patient should enter the office.
d. If a child is anxious, ONE parent may accompany the patient into the treatment room.
2. All toys, magazines, brochures, models, etc. have been removed from the reception area and treatment rooms to avoid spreading germs.
3. Anyone entering the office MUST wear a face covering or mask until we need to look in their mouths.
4. We have placed hand sanitizer stations in the reception area and check-out area. Patients are asked to use the sanitizer upon entry and exit.
Sanitizer should also be used if patients touch their mouths, dentures, partials, or dental appliances.
5. We will be screening patients for symptoms including a temperature reading as they enter the office.
6. We are now able to do contactless payment via text message. This will be the preferred method of payment if patients feel comfortable.
7. Each room in the office now has a HEPA air purifier with UV light to reduce the presence of contaminated air.
8. The reception areas and bathrooms will be sanitized frequently throughout the day.

We have taken the above steps along with several other smaller changes to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff. While we have made many changes, we still hope to provide you with the same friendly and comfortable atmosphere that you were accustomed to.

We thank you for your patience and support. It is our pleasure to provide you with great dental care!
